This is the full executive service! From start to finish we deal with everything for you. We begin with a full brief, prepare materials, develop advertising strategies that reflect your organisation and then search for outstanding candidates.
The search is the most valuable part of our full service. This is what makes the real difference. Search requires relentless attention to detail, determination, strong networks, knowledge of organisations and the credibility of your consultants to access the very best people in your industry. However, attenti’s search will always go further than your industry; we will search across our networks to find talent with transferable skills from different backgrounds.
attenti has a wealth of experience across a range of different sectors to ensure the right candidate is found each and every time. We believe the right candidate can always be found so we never give up until we have found them. We also recognise the value that candidates from diverse backgrounds can add to organisations therefore it goes without saying that diversity is at the forefront of everything we do.
Once we have received all suitable applications, we will then present them to you.
It is then here that it’s over to you to make the decisions about which candidates you want to take forward so we can then once again take over by interviewing them, taking references, assessing them and then feeding back to you with extensive reports and recommendations on each candidate.
Equally the candidates are just as integral to this process, so once this is done we let candidates know the outcome and most importantly give comprehensive feedback to all candidates successful or not!
We will then work with you and the candidates to prepare for the final selection process, making sure that it goes without a hitch on the day.
We will advise you during the interviews, facilitate the process where required and then negotiate with the successful candidate as well as giving full feedback to all of the unsuccessful candidates.
But the attenti experience does not end once you have made an outstanding appointment. We support candidates to make sure they settle in to their new role, offer them advice and mentoring and stay in touch with clients too.

Interim Management
Sometimes it might not be right for your organisation to make a permanent appointment when a vacancy occurs or you have specific projects that need undertaking.
We are able to respond quickly to your specific needs and match candidates to your organisation, its culture and its requirements. But we don’t stop there. We like to make sure we have got it 100% right and that the interim manager is successfully delivering the specific targets that you have set them. We will be in touch with both you and the interim manger regularly to make sure everything is going well.

Assessment
attenti is able to offer you an extensive range of testing and assessment services, which can provide invaluable assistance in the recruitment and long term development of your senior team. Assessment centres run and designed by attenti, provide an opportunity to review and assess the performance and ability of candidates in a variety of ways including individual and group exercises, case studies, role plays and presentations. These have all been designed to replicate the tasks and demands of the job for which a candidate is being considered. But of course they are also valuable tools in restructures, training and development, internal promotions, mergers and any other periods of massive organisational change.
Testing for personality and behavioural traits are important hiring tools in a climate where organisations are working harder than ever to capture, retain and hone the right style of leadership in challenging times. Psychometric Testing used in recruitment selection are designed to maximise objectivity, and to ensure that the recruitment procedure is fair, predictive and relevant to the job. We are able to offer the full range of SHL assessment tools such as the personality questionnaire OPQi and verbal and numerical testing at all levels.
Response Handling
attenti’s response handling service provides the perfect solution in a number of different situations.
Full search and selection may not always be suitable for some middle management roles. If this is the case you can still access the expertise of our team in scoping the role, developing advertising strategies, handing applications and undertaking initial assessment of the applications.
We can then simply pass them onto you or tailor our service to ensure that you successfully make an appointment.
Another situation may be when you are inundated with applications and simply do not have the resources to turn round applications. We can sort and assess them for you very quickly taking the onus off you.
This service can also work well to complement a more senior recruitment campaign where you can save time and money by advertising more junior positions at the same time.

Referencing
Organisations seem to be under more and more scrutiny these days and there is so much information freely available it is important that you make sure you are confident in the credibility of the candidates that you appoint.
As part of our full service or in isolation, we will undertake thorough telephone references and a wide range of alternative checks on your candidates. You will then receive reports on each candidate so you are always able to make a well informed decision.
Interviewing
As professional recruiters we are skilled and experienced interviewers for all levels. As part of our full service we conduct rigorous in depth interviews, checking candidate’s track record and testing their knowledge, experience, leadership qualities and motivations based on the requirements you have previously told us. We then provide comprehensive reports on each candidate and offer feedback to everyone we interview.
This service is also available in other circumstances, perhaps if you are inundated with applications or during a transformation programme or restructure where an independent view of internal candidates may be a vital stage in the process.
Non Executive Recruitment
Recruiting Non Executive Directors is different to recruiting Executives. Much more attention has to be taken of the composition of the board, relevant and complementary skills, diversity and getting the right team together.
In addition, candidates would potentially have worked at the highest level in previous organisations. attenti have the experience of recruiting Non Executive Directors in large and small organisations including Charities, NHS Trusts and NDPBs.
Scoping a role
Key to successful executive recruitment is understanding the aspirations of the organisation, the role and the requirements of the post holder before the process starts. These days in such a competitive market it is also essential to understand what is potentially going to be attractive to candidates.
