Jim leads the research practice at attenti and has over 12 years experience working within executive search. Prior to joining attenti, Jim held senior candidate research roles with Tribal PLC and Gatenby Sanderson. His experience spans the commercial, public and not for profit sectors recruiting both executive and non executives.
Jim began his career in teaching and education management. Following seven years’ teaching English overseas, he was a trainer, consultant and project manager with the British Council in Algiers and the UK and was Second Secretary (Culture and Education) with the British Embassy, Beijing from 1995 to 1997.
