Ian is the Senior Partner at attenti, he leads the board practice with a strong focus on the Not for Profit Sector.
Ian was one of the founders of Eden Brown Recruitment in 1990 and led it to numerous firsts and awards including being the UK’s first Quality Assured agency and Sunday Times Best Company to Work For. A long term supporter of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation’s (REC) efforts to raise standards, he was instrumental in forming the REC’s Diversity Forum and in its creation of Diversity Assured – an audit based diversity standard specific to the recruitment industry. He was awarded the REC’s ‘Outstanding Contribution’ award in 2005.
He was the Chief Executive of HB Human Capital between 2005 and 2011. He also serves as a Director of Lehman Ambrose Limited and is currently studying a Masters Degree in Fine Art.
