We believe the right candidate can always be found so we never give up until we have found them. Once we have received all suitable applications, we will then present them to you.

It is then here that it’s over to you to make the decisions about which candidates you want to take forward so we can then once again take over by interviewing them, taking references, undertaking due diligence, assessing them and then feeding back to you with extensive reports and recommendations on each candidate.

We have an extensive suite of psychometric aptitude and personality assessment tools that we can deploy to add to our insights and increase the validity of the overall decision making process. 

Equally the candidates are just as integral to this process, so once this is done we let candidates know the outcome and most importantly give comprehensive feedback to all candidates successful or not!

We will advise and support you throughout all the informal and formal stages including attending final panel interviews and concluding contract negotiations. We will ensure all candidates are given honest and helpful feedback to all stages.  

But the attenti experience does not end once you have made an outstanding appointment. We support candidates to make sure they settle in to their new role, offer them advice and mentoring and stay in touch with clients too.
