The attenti Star of the Week is a bi-weekly interview of interim public sector employees. The idea is simple. The interim market is currently changing. Each week the 'Star' is asked the same five open ended questions. The answers often challenge perceptions, contrast media stories and shed light on different viewpoints. Una McGarth is this weeks Star Of The Week. Currently working for the CIPD, Una has a vast amount of public sector. More importantly for our purposes, she is new to the interim world.

This week’s Star is David Higgins, an IT Programme Director and Transformation consultant who has bucket loads of experience in large scale public sector IT Programs such as the NHS National Spine. He has also worked on IT projects internationally, giving David a fantastic viewpoint on the UK interim market.
